Each nuc is carefully built and maintained in our Northern Alabama apiary to ensure you receive bees that are productive, gentle, and ready to thrive.

Our nucs come with everything you need to hit the ground running:

• 5 Deep Frames: 3–4 frames of brood in all stages (eggs, larvae, capped brood) and 1–2 frames of food stores (honey and pollen)

• Proven Queen: A mated, laying queen selected for strong genetics, temperament, and productivity

• Balanced Colony: A full, working population of bees with nurse bees, foragers, and drones

By purchasing a nuc, you’re giving yourself a head start compared to package bees, your colony arrives established, with drawn comb, brood, and a queen already accepted by the workers. That means faster build-up, earlier honey production, and a stronger foundation for long-term success.
