Most of our honey is seasonal blended harvest from our Northern Alabama apiaries. Limited single-source or special seasonal varieties may be offered when conditions allow.
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of raw honey. It does not mean the honey has gone bad. To return it to liquid form, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water.
Store honey at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Pure honey does not expire when properly stored in a sealed container.
